Conduct & General Standards of Behavior

All staff and volunteers are expected to conduct themselves professionally and considerately. AlphaSafe Security Limited does not tolerate:

– Threats or physical violence,

– Shouting, swearing, or persistent rudeness,

– Isolating, ignoring, or refusing to work with certain individuals,

– Offensive jokes, name-calling,

– Displaying or distributing offensive materials.

The above unacceptable behaviors are considered disciplinary offenses at AlphaSafe Security Limited and may lead to action. Management encourages staff to resolve misunderstandings and problems informally whenever possible, though the impact of behavior, rather than intent, is what matters.
